Quality Control Services

 

In 2005, the company introduced a new service that we were providing to our valued customers.  We have had such an overwhelming response to this added service that we have modified the delivery, but kept the standards in place.  Quality Control is now a permanent feature that all customers will benefit from when receiving service from Gatt Electric.  Through our Quality Control program, we will be able to continue to offer a more complete and thorough service package exclusive to our customers.  Work will be overseen, documented and any issues corrected.  This will enable our staff to catch work oversights before leaving the job site area, eliminating the need to return to the same job at a later date.  Our Quality Control personnel will also be responsible for performing health and safety checks on each job site.  
We feel that in this service capacity, we can better satisfy you, our valued customer.   

 

Environmental Policy Statement

 

Gatt Electric is committed to making a conscious effort in attempting to minimize the impact of its work related activities on the environment.
The key points of this strategy from which to achieve this goal is;

 

• Minimize toxic emissions through the servicing and use of our fleet

• Actively promote recycling amongst our staff, customers and suppliers

• Minimize waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as effective as possible

• Source and promote products and services that minimize the environmental impact

• Resource accredited programs that offset the greenhouse gas emissions generated by our activities

• Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the company

 

As a company we consciously make efforts to consistently review and implement working procedures to;

As a company we ensure where possible;

 

• All lights are turned off at night

• All computer monitors and computers are turned off at night

• All printers and computer settings are pre-set to black ink as the default

• All ink cartridges are recycled

• All paper waste is recycled

• All paper products that are brought in are of a recycled content

• All card, cans and plastic waste are recycled

• All of our office cleaners are those of green cleaning products

• All company vehicles are serviced regularly and emission tested
